Company: A well‑established large format signage and display company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of manufacturing; be hands‑on with production. Operate large format printers, digital cutters and amend artwork for print.
• Schedule workflow and understand capacity within the Production Department.
• Work closely with the Project Management team and Installation Manager to ensure product is delivered on time.
• Lead and inspire the team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage stock levels.
• Perform quality checking on final product prior to dispatch.
• Maintain machinery and work within the H&S framework of the business & understand risks and where they may occur.

Qualifications

• Expertise in print setup, RIP software such as ONYX, and artwork file preparation.
• Strong understanding of print materials, their uses, and their limitations.
• Stock control and supplier liaison for consistent procurement.
• Knowledge of operating HP large format printers, Cannon, etc. Digital cutters such as Summa and Zund.
• High attention to detail in print quality control and output consistency.
• Effective communication with Project Management and Install teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance workload and prioritise urgent or complex print jobs.
