Job Description:

A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to become the trusted technology partner for its London operation.

  • Supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Troubleshooting networking, VPN, Wi‑Fi and connectivity issues
  • Managing hardware refreshes, office technology and meeting room environments
  • Supporting multiple UK locations through regular onsite visits
  • Maintaining documentation, technical standards and security controls
  • Driving continuous improvements across user experience and operational processes
