Electrical Shift Engineer – Thetford
Location: Thetford, NorfolkSalary: Circa £48,000 + BenefitsShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join a large manufacturing operation based near Thetford.
This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment, focused on reactive breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and supporting overall site reliability across automated production machinery.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a manufacturing, FMCG, food production or automated production background and be comfortable working within a shift‑based environment.
Key Experience Required
- Electrical fault finding and maintenance
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Manufacturing or production machinery experience
- PLC fault finding exposure
- Comfortable working within a fast‑paced production environment
