Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational response activities
• Ensure technical health of live services
• Improve performance resilience and service value
• Lead resolution of complex incidents
• Monitor observability and automate operational processes
• Proactively manage technical estate risks and vulnerabilities
• Provide technical governance and risk based decisions
• Provide technical guidance for complex changes and risks
• Support service restoration and stakeholder communication
