Role Description
This full-time Membership Sales Consultant role is a hybrid work arrangement (Ashford, Surrey/ Northolt/ Yeading/ west Drayton), allowing for some remote work. Responsibilities include signing new members/ students, promoting GKR’s values and programs and achieving membership sales targets.
The role also involves attending and engaging with prospective members at on Weekends, making sales calls and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Sales and customer experience skills with demonstrated success in exceeding targets.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM platforms and basic office software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Previous experience in the fitness, martial arts or wellness industry is a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness and personal development is highly beneficial.
