Suitable candidates

• Experienced Internal Sales professional
• Strong Administrator / Sales Support professional looking to develop further into a sales-focused role.
• External Sales professional looking for an office based role.

Role

• Managing inbound customer enquiries
• Processing orders accurately across a multi-SKU product range
• Supporting customers with product and order queries
• Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Supporting the external sales team and internal operations
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and add value where appropriate

We’re looking for someone who

• Is organised, proactive, and customer-focused
• Has strong communication and administration skills
• Can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Ideally has experience within building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or merchanting
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team
