Health Recruit Network is seeking a Regional Support Manager for Children’s Residential Services in the Midlands. This full-time position will involve providing strategic and operational support across multiple children’s residential homes, focusing on quality and compliance improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a significant background in leadership within children’s care, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and the ability to coach and support Registered Managers. A driving license is required. Salary is up to £60,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus.
