About the role

You will be a Year Group Leader responsible for implementing your own plans for improvement and development. You will receive support and guidance from an inspirational Head Teacher and the Senior Leadership Team. The role offers extensive CPD and a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a year group within a 2‑form entry primary school.
• Develop and implement improvement plans.
• Refine procedures, introduce new routines, and support curriculum delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated track record of ‘Good’ or better teaching and direct knowledge of KS1 leadership demands.
• Excellent understanding of the KS1 curriculum and innovative delivery skills.
