This is a fantastic role for a motivated paralegal looking to manage their own caseload and gain exposure to high-quality consumer litigation work within a supportive and regulated environment. The Role: Manage your own caseload of financial mis-selling and civil litigation claims from instruction through to resolution Take ownership of a portfolio of cases, ensuring matters progress efficiently and strategically Draft high-quality legal documentation, including correspondence, witness statements, letters of claim, and court documents Act as a key point of contact for clients, financial institutions, experts, and counsel Requirements: Minimum 12–18 months’ experience in financial mis-selling, consumer litigation, or civil litigation Strong understanding of financial mis-selling claims and regulatory frameworks Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Excellent written communication and client care skills Highly organised with a proactive and detail-oriented approach Ability to work effectively to deadlines Experience using case management systems (e.g. Proclaim or similar) Salary & Benefits: Salary from £30,000 per annum Hybrid / flexible working options Company pension scheme Private medical insurance & life insurance Health & wellbeing programme41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
