We typically work hand-in-hand with our clients to build great digital products for them and for their customers. This role often involves leading client accounts holistically, people, delivery, quality, and commercials. As well as ensuring we’re delivering great engineering, you’ll also keep the big picture in mind and help our clients best use the capability and flexibility of a consultancy partner to reach their goals sooner.

You’re highly comfortable in client‑facing roles, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivering against clear expectations. You bring solid full‑stack engineering experience (not purely front end or back end), working across the full development lifecycle. Your core technology experience includes React,, Node.js, Python, and Java. You have hands‑on cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure. AI experience is essential: you have a proven AI skillset demonstrated through certification and/or real delivery experience. You have contributed to architectural and technical design decisions, helping shape scalable and robust solutions.
