If youre ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you this could be your next big move.About the roleThis is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior Category Manager to play a pivotal role within our Grocery channel during a key period. Reporting into the Category Leadership team, you will build trusted, insight-led category partnerships, delivering compelling recommendations that drive category growth and increase KP Snacks share.You will own core category processes for your customers, bringing clarity and direction through strong analysis, clear storytelling and commercially focused thinking. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and wider Central functions, youll help shape customer plans, influence in-store execution and ensure insight sits at the heart of decision-making.Please note: this is not a procurement or buying role.Whats in it for you?We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. What will you be doing?Building trusted category partnershipsAct as a Category Partner across the Grocery channel, using best-in-class insights to influence customer thinking and drive meaningful change in store

Leading range and space reviewsDeliver robust range reviews, planogram proposals and post-evaluation, ensuring ranges are optimised, relevant and driving sustainable category and KP Snacks growth

Turning data into compelling storiesInterrogate multiple data sources, including syndicated and customer data, to create clear, actionable insights that support customer engagement and internal decision-making

Owning category reporting and scorecardsLead internal and external period reporting and evolve monthly scorecards to highlight performance, risks and opportunities for both category and brand growth

Supporting wider commercial plansPlay a key role in annual brand planning and account planning cycles, aligning priorities with Sales and building persuasive, customer-ready recommendations
