Evaluate CVIs, Architect or EA instructions and subcontractors variationsRaise alarm signals to the Senior QS when the contract is straying outside the cost and profit parameters.Apply skills to maximise margins in co-operation with the Contracts / Project Manager by keeping cost to a minimum and value to a maximum by all professional legitimate meansDevelop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants xwzovoh & subcontractors to continuously improve customer experience, improve our company and obtain repeat & negotiated businessHave you got what it takes:QS Degree or equivalentGood data interrogation and analytical skillsCommercial awarenessExperience of management accountsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsCommercial contracting experienceAbility to prioritise and meet deadlinesMust be proficient, timely and accurate data entriesUnderstanding and compliance of financial and performance reportingFull UK driving licence…
