Working closely with fee earners and legal secretaries, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm, delivering high-quality administrative support and helping to maintain exceptional client service standards. Providing administrative support including document production, scanning, filing, photocopying and records management. Opening and maintaining client and matter files in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Assisting with billing administration, invoice preparation and payment processing. Preparing legal documents, court bundles and supporting documentation. Providing reception and client hospitality support when required. Assisting with firm-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook. An understanding of confidentiality, data protection and professional standards.
