Electronics Hardware Engineer Work on cutting-edge underwater and communications systems
We’re looking for an Electronics Hardware Engineer to support redesign and lifecycle management of electronic systems, with a strong focus on replacing obsolete components and keeping systems running at peak performance.
What you’ll be doing Redesign legacy electronic hardware to address component obsolescence Update PCB schematics (digital & mixed-signal) while maintaining form, fit, and function Work with microcontrollers, FPGAs, RF interfaces, and power systems Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, suppliers) Contribute to documentation, design reviews, and engineering change processes Support products through the full lifecycle—from prototype to in-service
What we’re looking for Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or similar) Experience in hardware design and PCB schematics Strong understanding of component obsolescence and redesign Knowledge of digital/mixed-signal systems, debugging, and testing Familiarity with DFM/DFT, PLM tools (e.g. Windchill), and engineering change processes Strong problem-solving and communication skills
