Working on some of the region’s most prestigious and technically challenging development projects, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative infrastructure, drainage, and water management solutions that set new standards in low-carbon and sustainable engineering.
Support the Team Director in shaping and executing the growth and operational strategy for the Development Infrastructure team Lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure and drainage projects across the development sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for a team of 10 engineers and technical professionals Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
