Drive sales and business development for ServiceNow solutions, identifying and converting new opportunities Lead the end-to-end sales process , from pre-sales through to contract negotiation and signing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present tailored ServiceNow solutions Stay ahead of market trends to help shape Capgemini’s ServiceNow strategy and offerings Partner with ServiceNow leadership and ecosystem partners to strengthen collaboration
ServiceNow Expertise Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including: Performance Analytics
✅ Experience in customer experience (CX) transformation
✅ Integration, data migration, and platform customisation Permanent (B2B contract is not available) UK-wide role (open to travel within the UK if requested only)
