An established and growing business in Colwyn Bay is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Director to oversee and drive operational performance across the company. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded individual with a strong trades background, particularly within electrical and fabrication environments , who can confidently manage projects from tender stage through to successful delivery.
Managing day-to-day operations across projects and departments Overseeing projects from tendering and estimating through to completion and handover Holding full responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency Managing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Leading operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Coordinating labour, subcontractors, procurement, and project schedules Driving continuous improvement across operational processes and business performance
Proven experience in an Operations Manager, General Manager, or Director-level position Strong trades background, ideally with electrical and fabrication experience Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
