Our client are looking for Senior / Principal Mechanical Building Services Contract Engineer to join their growing team in Cardiff.
Mechanical specification and equipment schedules writing. Undertake heating, cooling and ventilation calculations. Produce, and manage others to produce, detailed calculations using industry standard digital tools. Work in partnership with the client’s global technology centre (GTC) to add value to building services projects. Represent the client at meetings with clients and contractors. Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in Building Services Engineering or related subject. Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages Experience and awareness of mechanical design tool software packages such as IES, HEVACOMP, NBS and Revit. Experience working in a design consultancy and/or experience of working within a contractor design environment is essential.
