Following continued growth and success across a range of sectors, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of a BMS Service Engineer based out of our Leeds office, covering sites across Yorkshire.The Role:As a BMS Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our clients building systems. You will be responsible for delivering planned maintenance, responding to reactive callouts, and carrying out small works and upgrades to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits, including thorough checks of controllers and field devicesProduce clear, detailed service reports following each visitManage and organise your own PPM schedule effectivelyIdentify energy-saving opportunities and communicate these to clients and the officeAttend and respond to reactive callouts , ensuring a prompt and professional serviceLiaise directly with clients on-site, explaining system performance and outcomes in both technical and non-technical termsCarry out small remedial works, including:Controller upgradesPanel modificationsEnsure all reports and documentation are completed accurately and submitted on timeWork in line with company Health & Safety policies and proceduresRequirements:Strong customer-facing and communication skillsSolid technical knowledge of BMS systemsExperience working with platforms such as: Trend, Tridium, SiemensAbility xwzovoh to work independently and manage workload effectivelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Company car or car allowanceOpportunities to work across commercial, education, retail, and healthcare sectorsClear career progression pathways, including: Senior Engineer (mentoring junior engineers) & Small Works / Project Engineer (managing and commissioning projects)A supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team environment…
