The food and beverage operation generates approximately £1.5m in annual revenue and spans restaurants, bars, weddings, events and wider resort hospitality.The business has clear plans for growth, and this role is about more than maintaining standards its about taking an already strong operation and helping to move it forward commercially, operationally and culturally.The Role Reporting into a highly respected, hands-on and people-focused General Manager, you will have autonomy to lead and develop the entire food and beverage operation.You will be responsible for:Overseeing all food and beverage outlets across the resortLeading, developing and supporting an established teamMaintaining consistently high service standards across all areasManaging budgets, labour costs and overall performanceDriving revenue growth and improving profitabilityIdentifying opportunities to enhance guest experience and operational efficiencyWorking closely with wider resort departments to ensure a seamless guest journeyContributing to wider business decisions and future planningThis is a visible, hands-on leadership role you will need to be comfortable being on the floor when required, while also confidently managing the commercial and strategic side of the operation.About You Were looking for someone with:Experience as a Food & Beverage Manager (or similar senior F&B role)Background within a quality hotel, resort or multi-outlet operationStrong commercial awareness and financial understandingExperience managing budgets, labour control and profitabilityA proven track record of improving performance, not just maintaining itStrong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire teamsA hands-on, approachable and visible management styleA genuine passion for hospitality and guest experienceMost importantly, youll be someone who enjoys building teams, improving operations and being actively involved in the business.Why This Role?
