We invest in people who want to continuously improve, build expertise, and grow within a business that is going places.The RoleAs an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will take responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across commercial and domestic environments.Youll work independently, diagnose faults efficiently, and ensure all work is delivered safely and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently complete maintenance, installations, and remedial repairsDiagnose and resolve faults across a range of AC systemsCommission systems and ensure optimal performanceMaintain accurate service reports and documentationEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety and FGAS regulationsProvide support and guidance to junior engineers or trainees when requiredWhat Were Looking ForEssential:NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalentMinimum 4 years industry experienceFull, clean UK driving licenceTechnical Skills:Maintenance and fault diagnosisElectrical wiring and controls understandingKnowledge of Health & Safety complianceSoft Skills:Customer Service & ProfessionalismProblem SolvingAdaptability & LearningPreferred Skills & QualificationsNVQ level 3Experience with a variety of AC systemsAbility to read schematics, wiring diagramsJoin a High-Performance TeamYoull work alongside ambitious people in a business that rewards effort, attitude and performance.
