Office Location: Office Conduct Pre Delivery Inspections and report of any defects or issues for goods in to Quality Departments. Process Warranty claims from our dealers for approval by line manager. Creating reports for any warranty claims and send to Tech Support/ Warranty Department Manage genset stock including collection/delivery planning, general warehouse efficiency. Pre-delivery inspections of sold products and ensure paperwork completed and assigned. Management of parts inventory including restocking and maintenance of area.
Visiting customer sites for warranty claims (Inspection and on site repair for Teksan issues) Assist the engine manufacurers field service departments on site, if required. Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or HND/HNC or equivalent) Minimum 3+ years of experience in diesel and gas generator maintenance Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, At least 1 year of experience using SAP systems , At least 1 year of experience with CRM tools, Ability to work independently and in field conditions, We are looking for a Maintenance Technician….
