At Prolo, we’re on a mission to shake up the construction industry with our AI-driven procurement platform. We’re transforming how construction companies source materials with no setup costs, instant savings, and a seamless ordering process. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Head of Product to own and lead our product vision end-to-end.
As Head of Product, you’ll be a core member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to define and deliver Prolo’s product strategy. Translating the complex needs of construction buyers, commercial managers, and material suppliers into a seamless, AI-driven digital experience. Leading and growing a high-performing product function (Product, Design, UX) as we scale. Partnering with Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions at pace. Embedding a strong product culture built on data, experimentation, and customer obsession. Balancing speed and quality in a startup environment where momentum matters. Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (VP/Head of Product or Lead PM looking to step up), ideally in a high-growth tech startup. Strong track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, procurement, construction or marketplace products. A strong grasp of how to practically apply AI/LLMs to automate manual workflows and structure complex data. Hands-on experience prototyping rapidly with AI-native development platforms (e.g., Experience working closely with Engineering in agile environments. Bonus Points Familiarity with the UK construction market and the software they currently use (ERPs, estimation tools, inventory management).
