You will lead by example, coordinating the team and creating a vibrant yet refined atmosphere in line with the St. Regis brand. This role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for luxury service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring seamless and efficient serviceLead, guide and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesEngage with guests, responding to requests and ensuring a personalised and memorable experienceMonitor bar and lounge areas for service flow, guest satisfaction, safety and overall ambienceConduct regular stock checks, inventories and requisitions for liquor, beverages and suppliesEnsure secure handling of cash, floats and banking procedures throughout shiftsCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service deliveryComplete maintenance requests and report operational issues promptlyCommunicate clearly with the team, including last calls and closing proceduresAssist with training, scheduling and performance management of team membersEnsure compliance with health, safety and company policies and proceduresMaintain accurate records and complete all required administrative tasksCore CompetenciesWe are seeking a confident and service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will bring leadership presence, operational knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional bar experiences.
