Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.REMOTE BASE ABJ6518As Head of Sales for UK & Europe in the chemicals arena you will leading and manage sales across Europe driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.As Head of Sales for Europe reporting to the Director of Sales you will work closely within the commercial team and other departments to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives to maximise growth and drive strategic sales growth across Europe within the chemicals space.As Head of Sales Europe you will lead key customer relationships, develop regional commercial strategy, and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth across multiple European markets.This head of sales role requires strategic leadership, commercial execution, and customer development, with a focus on expanding direct business, strengthening key accounts, and building long-term partnerships across the region. Base UKKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategy across Europe in line with business objectivesDeliver revenue, margin, and growth targets across key European markets and customer segmentsBuild, manage, and grow strategic key accounts through structured account planning and value-based sellingDevelop long-term customer partnerships and act as senior commercial interface for key stakeholdersTransition customers from transactional business models to long-term, contract-based relationshipsLead pricing strategy, negotiation, and margin optimisation across European accountsIdentify and develop new direct customer opportunities across Europe, reducing reliance on intermediaries or distributorsConduct market intelligence and competitor analysis, translating insights into actionable commercial strategiesWork cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to support delivery and growth initiativesMaintain strong commercial discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usageSupport go-to-market planning and execution for new products and commercial initiativesMonitor performance against regional plans and implement corrective actions where requiredSkills & ExperienceDegree in Business, Chemistry, or related discipline preferredProven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership within chemicals or related industrial sectorsStrong track record of delivering revenue growth and margin improvement across European marketsExperience managing key accounts and complex xwzovoh commercial negotiationsStrong understanding of pricing strategy, value selling, and contract-based sales modelsAbility to operate across multiple European markets and culturesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and commercial performance metricsExperience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent) and commercial reporting toolsStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levelAbility to work cross-functionally across technical, operational, and commercial teamsWillingness to travel across Europe as required – Home based – remote (driving licence)Base salary c£70k + Bonus (c15%) Pension scheme, Private healthcare; Additional benefits packageTo Apply: Please contact Alison Basson, job ref ABJ6518 on or preferably apply to…
