My client is a leading Energy & Utilities Infrastructure developer and the UK’s largest provider of District heating solutions.
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Heating Engineer to maintain complex heating infrastructure. You will ensure maximum uptime for critical district heating and decentralized energy systems.
Service commercial boiler plants, pumps, valves, and heat interface units (HIUs). Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults on district heating networks. Respond swiftly to system breakdowns to minimize resident and commercial downtime. Complete digital work orders, safety checklists, and compliance certificates daily. Proven experience bridging both commercial plumbing and electrical disciplines. Electrical Competency: Ability to safely isolate, test, and wire heating controls, motorized valves, and pumps. Plumbing Proficiency: Strong competency in pipe fitting, soldering, and crimping commercial heating pipework. Tech Savvy: Ability to use mobile asset management apps for tracking jobs.
