Design & Deliver ServiceNow Solutions Customer Experience (CSM, Field Service, Portals) Employee Experience (HRSD, Onboarding, Workplace Services)
Enhance User Experience Develop role-based dashboards with UI Builder & Service Portal Integration & Data Management Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (CRM, HR, eCommerce) Support data migration and alignment across platforms Leverage modern data capabilities like workflow data fabric & RaptorDB
Proven ServiceNow experience Employee Experience Workflow Applications – HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Onboarding and Transitions, Workplace Service Delivery✅ Technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS , Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub✅ Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems✅ Role is remote / flexible UK wide ( you might be requested to go to the nearest office to you from time to time) Direct hire full time employee opportunity (B2B contract is not available) .
