Following continued growth and exciting future plans, they are now seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie with a background in smokehouse, BBQ, or similar establishments to join their dynamic team.
The Role As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes across three vibrant locations in Leytonstone, Hackney, and Elephant & Castle . Youll work closely with a talented kitchen team, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every service
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and cooking high-quality smokehouse/BBQ dishesManaging your section to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standardsSupporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen cultureWorking collaboratively across all three venues when required
About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step upProven background in smokehouse, BBQ, grill, or fire-led cookingPassion for bold flavours and high-quality produceFlexible and adaptable, happy to work across multiple sitesTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
