You will prepare ingredients with precision, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation, and contribute to the creation of beautifully presented dishes. This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented culinary professional eager to refine their craft in a world-class luxury environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, peeling, and storing foodWash and prepare fresh produce to the highest hygiene standardsWeigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately for recipesCook dishes according to recipes, quality expectations, and presentation guidelinesPrepare cold foods and support mise-en-place for your sectionOperate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryersMonitor food quality throughout preparationSet up and break down workstations ensuring organisation and cleanlinessMaintain impeccable hygiene by washing and disinfecting tools, equipment, and work areasUphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentialityMaintain positive working relationships and support team goalsCore CompetenciesWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated culinary professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality.
