This is not a restaurant environment, but rather a fast-paced workplace catering operation focused on delivering exceptional food standards across a variety of corporate clients.The company is a B Corp-certified catering business with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and creating thoughtfully prepared food using fresh ingredients. They are seeking a reliable, organised, and hands-on Sous Chef to work closely alongside the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistently high standards across all areas of production.This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie looking to step up within a structured and supportive kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be a calm and effective leader, capable of thriving in a busy production setting while maintaining excellent food quality, organisation, and hygiene standards.Working days are Monday to Thursday and Sunday, with Friday and Saturday off. Working 45 hours per week.
