We are looking for someone commercially driven, people-focused, and passionate about delivering a brilliant guest experience while building a strong team culture.The role would suit either:– an experienced General Manager looking for greater autonomy and ownership, or – an exceptional Assistant Manager ready for the next step.The OpportunityThe Goose & Cuckoo is continuing to grow both food and wet sales and has established itself as an important local venue with loyal regular trade.We are not a corporate business.
