Engineering Manager Denham
We are now recruiting an Engineering Manager to join the Engineering function at our Denham site.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing multi-disciplinary engineering teams to develop, deliver, and support complex aerospace products.
You will manage and develop large teams of managers and engineers across Mechanical, Systems and Software disciplines, ensuring projects are effectively prioritised, resourced, and delivered to programme objectives.
Working closely with other business functions, you will drive collaboration across teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and help align engineering activity to business needs. The role also includes responsibility for workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, capability development, and continuous improvement across the engineering function.
