Our client is a well-established, award-winning technology consultancy and Cisco Gold Partner, delivering complex networking, collaboration, and security solutions across enterprise environments. We’re looking for a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a growing technical support team. The role is heavily focused on Cisco enterprise networking and would suit someone with strong experience across wireless networking, Cisco ISE, and Cisco DNA Centre/Catalyst Centre within software-defined networking environments.
You’ll act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, supporting both internal teams and external customers across critical networking infrastructure.
Handle escalated issues from 1st and 2nd line support teams, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution. Support and maintain Cisco enterprise networking environments, including wireless and ISE technologies. Manage and troubleshoot Cisco DNA Centre/Catalyst Centre software-defined networking environments. Stay up to date with developments in Cisco networking and software-defined technologies.
Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support or senior networking support role. Strong knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking technologies. Extensive experience with wireless networking and Cisco ISE. Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
