Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a regulatory change programme within Fund Services. This role sits within a broader change function and will focus on delivering key initiatives impacting fund operations.

You’ll work closely with existing Project Managers and support resources to drive delivery across fund services, ensuring strong governance, communication, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver project initiatives within Fund Services, particularly aligned to a high profile regulatory change
  • Work closely with existing support team members to coordinate delivery
  • Drive project governance, planning, and stakeholder communication
  • Translate operational requirements into structured project deliverables
  • Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders across fund services
  • Ensure clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Fund Services / Fund Administration
  • Strong Project Management experience delivering change initiatives
  • Background in operations before moving into change/project roles
  • Deep understanding of fund services processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver in complex, fast-paced environments
