About the role
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow their presence across the UK market. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with decision-makers, identify new opportunities, and close strategic partnerships with companies across Technology, Financial Services, and other high-growth sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building commercial relationships, and driving business growth in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the UK market
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
- Build relationships with founders, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and key decision-makers
- Lead discovery meetings, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client partnerships
- Contribute to market expansion and revenue growth initiatives
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Experience managing the full sales cycle in a sales or business development role
- Experience working with clients across the UK market
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development
