KÍLÉNTÀR is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to support the creative development of collections from concept through to final sample.
We are looking for someone with a strong eye for womenswear design, silhouette, craftsmanship, and detail, who can bring fresh ideas while helping ensure collections are developed in an organised and timely way.

KÍLÉNTÀR creates elevated occasionwear rooted in craftsmanship, heritage, texture, and storytelling. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box creatively and contribute ideas that feel fresh, expressive, layered, and conversation-starting while still remaining wearable and refined.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of seasonal collections and new product categories
- Work closely with the Founder & Creative Director on collection concepts, silhouettes, fabrics, colours, and finishes
- Research trends, references, textiles, artisanal techniques, and new creative ideas for upcoming collections
- Contribute original concepts and design ideas that align with the KÍLÉNTÀR aesthetic and vision
- Create sketches, CADs, technical drawings, and development notes where required
- Assist in overseeing the development process from concept to final sample
- Ensure collections are progressing ahead of calendar and key launch deadlines
- Work closely with pattern cutters, sample makers, and production teams to refine garments and fittings
- Support fabric, trim, and material sourcing
- Attend fittings and assist in refining silhouettes, finishes, and garment execution
- Ensure pieces are both creatively strong and production-ready
- Help maintain consistency across the KÍLÉNTÀR brand aesthetic and vision
Requirements
- 3+ years experience within womenswear fashion design
- Strong understanding of garment construction and product development
- Strong eye for silhouette, colour, texture, layering, and detail
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, elevated, and distinctive design ideas
- Understanding of contemporary luxury fashion and occasionwear
- Experience working through the full design and development process from concept to final sample
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working across both creative and development processes
- Able to work within a fast-moving and growing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software preferred
- Experience working with manufacturers, fittings, and sample development is essential
