Location: Many centres across Northern IrelandHours: MondayFriday | 7.5 hrs/day | 37.5 hrs/week | Full Time Only.Salary: £39,500 (OTE £43,450)

What Youll Be Doing

• Conduct holistic health assessments via phone, video, and face-to-face (PIP).
• Support individuals with long-term health conditions, making a tangible difference in their daily lives.
• Apply your clinical judgmentwithout the pressures of hands-on care.
• Collaboratewith a friendly, multidisciplinary team.

Who Were Looking For

• Registered with NMC, HCPC, or GMC
• Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Doctor
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
• Flexible to attend your local assessmentcentre when required
