Job description Role: Logistics Administrator (Training Provided)Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, AM – Salary: £26,000-£27,000Full, clean driving licence is requiredAbout the RoleAn established logistics and transport organisation is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the local management team, you will play a key role in managing import/export processes, documentation, and liaising with transport partners and customers.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesLog and scan Proof of Delivery (POD) documentsSupport import/export operations, including bookings, data entry, and customs paperworkCoordinate with transport providers to ensure timely collections and deliveriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customersPrepare accurate shipping and logistics documentationMaintain internal systems and track movement of goodsFlag any issues or delays to managementMinimum RequirementsLogistics/haulage experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be providedStrong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesGood IT skillsTeam player with a proactive attitudeStrong communication and customer service skillsFull clean driving licenceApplicants must be based in Northern Ireland and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, full-time, without restriction.Reach out to Ellen at Staffline for more details….
