**Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day**
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will act as a key member of the hotelu2019s commercial leadership team, driving proactive sales strategy and shaping long-term growth.
You will:
Define and lead the sales strategy across MICE, corporate, leisure and airline segments Drive new business and unlock existing opportunities through strong client relationships and market insight Lead, coach and elevate a high-performing teamu2014setting the tone for a results-driven culture Own and grow the airline segment, building strategic partnerships and commercial value Influence at senior level, working in close partnership with hotel leadership and Hiltonu2019s global sales network Maximise international presence, leveraging a strong travel budget to build pipeline and brand visibility Act as a commercial thought partner, contributing to wider business decisions beyond sales Lead sales planning and performance management by contributing to the annual budgeting process, setting incentive targets, and proactively managing compensation programs to drive high performance, accountability, and revenue growth.
