As **Kitchen Coordinator** , you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the culinary team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of kitchen administration. Working closely with Chefs and operational teams, you will coordinate documentation, manage records and support daily administrative processes, enabling the kitchen to operate seamlessly. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detailu2011driven individual who thrives in a fastu2011paced environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic culinary team within a luxury hospitality setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide administrative support to the kitchen team, including preparing documents, reports and correspondence Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation for kitchen operations Enter, update and retrieve information from computer systems and databases Support ordering, inventory tracking and supplier documentation where required Coordinate internal communication between the kitchen and other departments Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and operational updates Assist with scheduling, meetings and administrative coordination within the kitchen team Prepare spreadsheets, reports and presentations using standard office software Ensure documentation related to food safety, compliance and operations is maintained accurately Support chefs with general administrative duties to enhance operational efficiency Maintain confidentiality of kitchen and company information at all times Follow all company policies, quality standards and procedures Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within hospitality or a kitchen environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry Good understanding of office systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently in a fastu2011paced, highu2011standards environment A proactive mindset, supporting chefs and operational teams effectively Professional presentation and a positive, serviceu2011oriented attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately A collaborative approach, working closely with culinary and operational teams
