**Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:**
**Support seamless operations:** Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting **Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence:** Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience **Deliver consistent quality:** Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value **Support team performance and development:** Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment **Recruit and train talent:** Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members **Uphold regulatory standards:** Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
