We’re hiring a Lead Enterprise Architect (AI) to drive architectural direction across a complex organisation evolving its AI capabilities at scale.

This is a senior practitioner role — no line management — focused on setting direction, influencing stakeholders, and turning strategy into real delivery.

• Establish and guide AI architecture capability
• Translate roadmaps into tangible products and services

• Navigate ambiguity, trade-offs, and competing priorities.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Lead / Senior Enterprise Architect
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled and cloud architectures (AWS)
• Ability to operate in complex, unstructured environments
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication
• Pragmatic judgement with a focus on outcomes and value
