enable recruitment | B Corp™ is searching for a Head of Finance to lead the financial turnaround for a newly acquired manufacturing business in Teeside, UK. This senior role reports directly to the CEO and offers the chance to shape the finance function during a critical growth period.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on turnaround experience and the ability to build operational models from scratch. A passion for using AI in finance is essential, as well as strong communication skills to manage upwards in a founder-led environment.
