Senior Legal Lead, Merchant Services & Data Protection

Handepay seeks a Legal Counsel to oversee contract management and data protection for its Merchant Services business based in Haydock. You will support over 30,000 UK merchants while coordinating legal advice across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and experience with FCA regulations and consumer credit law. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
