Hybrid Property Solicitor – Historic Titles & Land

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their Bristol office, focusing on a varied and complex property portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse transactions involving historic titles, charitable landholdings, and commercial property in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in property law and demonstrate high attention to detail and strong communication skills. The role includes advising on legal issues, drafting leases, and managing transactions.
