The Role

Location: Hybrid – London Office

Type: Fulltime

Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People Team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis!

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving direct, efficient hiring activity for Head office departments, across all of our markets; UK, US, Switzerland and Denmark. They drive maximum results across quality, cost and time to hire metrics and build effective working relationships with hiring managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the central point of contact for all recruitment for central functions across all markets; UK, US, Switzerland and Denmark.
  • Drives efficient and pro‑active hiring of talent across a variety of technical roles using direct hiring methods, such as LinkedIn and other relevant job boards.
  • Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, offering continued insight around ways of working and best practice, ensuring candidate experience is at the heart of all activity.
  • Leads on pipelining activity, driving a healthy flow of high-quality candidates, ensuring communication to this community is targeted, relevant and in line with company values.
  • Monitors and feeds into key performance metrics, helping the business better understand effective sources of hiring, referrals and networking etc.
  • Provides coaching and support for hiring managers where appropriate, ensuring optimal selection of candidates for available positions and quick turnaround times of leads to interview and offer.
  • Responsible for data integrity in relation to TA reporting
  • Troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process and ensures pro‑active intervention for hard‑to‑fill positions, taking the lead with local campaigns, headhunting and events as appropriate.
  • Seeks to drive convergence and efficiency in TA processes in all Markets
  • Ensure inclusive hiring processes are run in line with the Inclusion strategy and approach
  • Work in partnership with internal People Team to support wider initiatives.
  • Support and upskill hiring managers in conducting interviews and best hiring practices

The Person

  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work efficiently at a fast pace with conflicting priorities.
  • Track record of being pro‑active and thinking creatively in sourcing leads for ‘dry‑spot’ areas of talent as well as coaching managers in this area.
  • Results-focused, works with purpose to fill roles efficiently, while ensuring correct processes are followed and quality of candidate experience.
  • Highly organised with the ability to successfully manage a busy workload.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to manage upwards.
  • Ability to work from the London office 2+ days/week
  • Comfortable working a flexible working day/week to support hiring in all markets

Qualifications & Skills

  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record of personal end to end delivery of roles across a head office function, in a fast‑paced environment (ideally a combination of agency and in‑house)
  • Strong relationship building skills to ensure close business partnerships are developed and trends/pain points are identified early on.
  • Experience of in‑house recruitment processes, with knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Excellent administration skills and particular attention to detail/accuracy.
  • ATS experience in Dayforce, Talentsoft, Recruitee, Paylocity beneficial
  • Ability to work from the office 2+ days / week
