CE&I Senior Design Engineer – Silos MSSS SEP1&2 (Site Based)

Sellafield – Working 3 days minimum on the MSSS plant. When not on plant, to work 3 days minimum out the Design Office Warrington (1 day/month). Full Time | 37 hours over 4.5 days SC Clearance Required

The Role

Site‑based design support to commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, review and check CE&I designs and modifications
• Support engineering changes and ensure compliance with standards
• Ensure designs are fit for purpose (Implementation/testing carried out by other teams)

ESSENTIAL

• 5+ years’ experience as a CE&I Senior Design Engineer
• Strong multidiscipline project background
• Site‑based commissioning support experience
• Knowledge of PES control systems and Process instrumentation
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to support junior engineers

DESIRABLE

• 7+ years’ experience
• Sellafield or SL project experience
• Familiarity with Sellafield standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum HND
• Incorporated Engineer (IEng)
