  • Interesting, Varied and High‑Value Work From landed estates and farming businesses to renewable energy projects and strategic land transactions, no two days are the same.

  • Farming partnerships and succession‑related transactions
  • Renewable energy projects including solar, wind and battery storage schemes
  • Equine property transactions
  • Mineral leases and related agreements
  • Property finance and refinancing work for landowners and rural businesses

The work is intellectually stimulating, commercially focused and often involves substantial landholdings and complex ownership structures.

About You

We’re keen to hear from:

  • Candidates with experience in rural property, commercial property or real estate
  • Lawyers with a genuine interest in agriculture, landed estates or the wider rural economy
  • Individuals who enjoy building client relationships and becoming trusted advisers
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative and ambitious environment

Agricultural property experience would be advantageous, but candidates with broader real estate experience and a genuine interest in the sector are encouraged to apply.
