This role offers the chance to lead major highways structures projects, grow and develop a talented team, and play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure schemes across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead highways structures and bridge engineering projects
- Manage technical delivery across major infrastructure schemes
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Support business growth and framework opportunities
- Ensure high technical standards and project quality
- Provide leadership across bridge design, assessment and refurbishment projects
What You’ll Need
- Strong experience within highways structures or bridge engineering
- Experience leading teams and delivering infrastructure projects
- Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of UK highways standards and regulations
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification
- Commercial awareness and leadership capability
Salary & Benefits
- Associate Director salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
- Technical Director salary up to £80,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
