We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation on a temporary basis.

The Role
You will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to a wide range of stakeholders ensuring the operation runs efficiently and effectively at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Liaising effectively with internal teams to support daily operations
- Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Assisting with delivery queries and resolving issues
- Generating quotes and ensuring all queries are dealt with accurately
- Completing all documentation and data input accurately and to company standards
- Ensuring daily reporting is completed on time and to a high standard
About You
- Previous experience in customer services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confident handling queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Well organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
